With over 19 years of experience within the real estate industry, Jon has honed expertise in real estate investment and development. Jon is the managing director of Citiroc Real Estate Company, which specializes in transaction and advisory services.

Jon has been involved in numerous real estate development projects and has played a pivotal role in facilitating, negotiating, and closing over $300M in real estate transactions.

Grounded in a deep understanding of real estate dynamics, a commitment to continuous learning, and a creative mindset, Jon brings a unique perspective to the industry. His established track record reflects a comprehensive skill set that integrates strategic thinking, financial acumen, and hands-on project management expertise.

Eric, a John Carroll University graduate, has over 25 years of sales experience, primarily negotiating with C-level executives. He joined Citiroc in 2015, specializing in sales and leasing for retail, restaurant, office, multi-family, and business brokering. His strategic approach aligns opportunities with the right investors and users, often creating mutually beneficial outcomes.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Eric moved to Cleveland in 1996 for his studies at John Carroll. After earning his marketing degree and embracing the city, he decided to make Cleveland his permanent home. His commitment to developing Northeast Ohio shines through his work at Citiroc.
